Before Closey was software, it was 37 people on two floors in Cluj-Napoca, closing creator collaborations by hand for D2C brands. This is the company that wrote the playbook.

Nv.social started as Sebastian Borza’s small, young influencer marketing agency — just Sebastian and two assistants, working with 3–5 brands. He’d built it on top of two years as a YouTube creator himself, and then leading a 13-person influencer marketing team for Ana Luisa, a New York jewelry startup. He understood creators because he’d been one.
From 2021 to 2026 that three-person operation became a 37-person agency in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, running ten departments: sourcing, SDR, sales, campaign management, support, campaign directors, influencer ads, celebrity endorsements, video editing, and TikTok Shops. New hires arrived as complete beginners and were trained in-house through SOPs, workshops, and live collaboration reviews.
Everything ran by hand: creators sourced one at a time, every deal negotiated by a trained closer, every brief personalized, every piece of content co-directed on an onboarding call and approved before it went live.
Running a 37-person agency on spreadsheets and third-party tools does not scale. The work was repeatable — the same sourcing, the same outreach, the same negotiation patterns, the same briefing loop, thousands of times over — but the systems holding it together were stitched together by hand.
So the agency started building its own systems: a custom ecosystem of connected spreadsheets and scripts, and a bespoke CRM designed from scratch. Closey is what that turned into. Every role on the agency floor became an AI specialist, trained on how that team actually worked — not a generic assistant, but the specific playbook that grew these brands.
The agency’s biggest engagement, Magic Mind, has its own case study: read how it went from $1M to $50M run-rate.
